The maids receive training in various domestic duties such as house cleaning, cooking, infant and child care, elderly care, and other household tasks. Our training programs are designed to ensure that maids are ready for the specific needs of your household.
The monthly levy for a Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) is $265. For employers who meet the criteria listed in this link, they will be paying the concession levy of $60 per month: Levy concession for a migrant domestic worker (MDW)
For additional MDWs, the monthly levy is $450. The levy must be paid monthly by the employer in the form of GIRO payments. If the employer doesn’t have a valid GIRO account, the maid’s work permit will be canceled.
Employers must fulfill the following criteria before they can proceed to apply for additional maid:
Residing in a 4 room flat or above; and
Employer with at least 2 children under the age of 18; or
Employers with 2 elderly above the age of 60; or
Employer with 1 child under the age of 16 and 1 elderly above the age of 60 having the same residential address
However, please note that the application is still subject to MOM approval.
