No, we will bring all the equipment required to the session including a power source! All you need to do is ensure that there is a water source for our technician to retrieve water from nearby
The duration of a session depends on your car type and the service selected:
- Basic Exterior Wash – approx. 1 hour
- Basic Interior + Exterior Wash – approx. 1.5 hours
- Premium Interior + Exterior Wash – approx. 2 hours
We only hire experienced worker who pass our rigorous screening process. We also train all our workers to ensure they meet our signature standards
We understand you may have a change of plans, please inform us at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment should you decide to cancel or reschedule. This gives us enough time to rearrange the work of your scheduled cleaner, as a cancelled session would mean no work for them. You can easily manage and reschedule your upcoming sessions via the Luce App.
