We repair & service all types and brands of wall- and ceiling-mounted aircons sold in Singapore. We currently do not service central aircon systems.
What we quote you is what you pay (our service rates + GST). We do not charge any admin, processing, transportation nor any other kind of additional fees.
We employ local Singaporeans, PRs, and foreigners who hold a work pass. Our cleaners and service workers are hired as full-time Luce employees, so we make sure to check their legal work status with ICA before we deploy them to take on jobs.
As our workers are hired as full time Luce employees, we properly train each hire before they are deployed. This is to make sure their work is up to the standard we consistently aim to provide.
Yes, all of our technicians can understand and communicate in at least basic English. However, we request your patience and understanding when giving them instructions.
We understand you may have a change of plans, please inform us at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment should you decide to cancel or reschedule. This gives us enough time to rearrange the work of your scheduled cleaner, as a cancelled session would mean no work for them. You can easily manage and reschedule your upcoming sessions via the Luce App.
Payment is after your cleaning service. You can access and settle invoices via the Luce App, but we will also send you an invoice with payment instructions after each session. We accept PayNow and DBS Bank Transfers.
