Dry Vacuum on Sofa

We first dry vacuum your furniture to remove larger dirt particles from the surface

Sofa Cleaning and Encapsulation

We first spray your furniture with a low foam chemical shampoo solution, which we scrub onto your furniture to ensure thorough cleaning. This will encase dirt through a crystallizing process. The scrubbing is done at a low and gentle speed to protect your furniture.

Sofa Vacuum and Extraction

We use a hydro vacuum to simultaneously spray solution and extract moisture and encased dirt particles, giving a deeper clean than just dry vacuuming.

Final Dry Vacuum on Sofa

Finally, we continue dry vacuuming your furniture to remove all remaining moisture and dirt particles. Because this is a low moisture cleaning method, very little drying time is required.

Frequently Asked Questions on Sofa Cleaning Service

Are there any hidden fees or obligations?

What we quote you is what you pay (our service rates + GST). We do not charge any admin, processing, transportation nor any other kind of additional fees.

Do your technicians have experience?

As our workers are hired as full time Luce employees, we properly train each hire before they are deployed. This is to make sure their work is up to the standard we consistently aim to provide.

How long is a session?

It depends on the type of cleaning method you selected, and the number of items you booked for cleaning.

On average, Deep Extratcion can take at least an hour to complete per item, but can be lower or higher depending on the size of the furniture. UV-C Cleaning can take at least 30 minutes per mattress, but will also be dependent on the size of mattresses for cleaning.

How does deep extraction work?

Deep Extraction involves using a low moisture shampoo solution, with scrubbing and vacuuming to clean your furniture. Because this involves low moisture, this will also involve low drying time. This method of cleaning can also help lighten stains and reduce odours (please note that we cannot guarantee complete removal of stains and odors, as this depends on the condition of your furniture).

Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

We understand you may have a change of plans, please inform us at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment should you decide to cancel or reschedule. This gives us enough time to rearrange the work of your scheduled cleaner, as a cancelled session would mean no work for them. You can easily manage and reschedule your upcoming sessions via the Luce App.

I have a voucher, how do I use it?

You can use your voucher codes on our webapp or on the Luce App. Make sure to input your voucher code under "Your Order" after you select your package.

How do I pay for my session? What’s your mode of payment?

Payment is after your cleaning service. You can access and settle invoices via the Luce App, but we will also send you an invoice with payment instructions after each session. We accept PayNow and DBS Bank Transfers.
