Yes, we aim to assign the same caregiver to your pet for consistency. If the assigned caregiver is unavailable, we will assign another trusted caregiver.

In the event of a medical emergency, if we are unable to reach you, we are authorized to seek immediate veterinary care at the nearest facility. Any medical costs, including treatment and transportation, will be your responsibility.

Yes, all our groomers and sitters undergo thorough background checks to ensure they meet our high standards for safety and professionalism.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. You’ll be prompted to choose your preferred payment option during the booking process.
