Tried their new at home manicure services for my girlfriend, and it was an extremely pleasant experience end to end. Fuss free, in the comforts of your own home, without judgement whatsoever.  My girlfriend initially didn't want to try (because she doesn't really do manicure normally), but after going through one session, she actually mentioned how much she liked it.  Everything was arranged prior to the session, through WhatsApp. The lovely service team messaged to arrange a time slot, the service we wanted, and any special preferences.  So when we had our manicurist visit with her toolbox, we were extremely impressed.  She was friendly, pleasant to deal with, and very gentle on her hands. She clarified every question my girlfriend had, explained everything patiently, eventually got the job done, and left quietly after packing up.  Thank you team!

Where do your cleaners come from?

We recruit local Singaporeans, permanent residents and foreign employees who have a valid work pass. While our cleaners have different backgrounds, they are all qualified and certified to perform office and commercial cleaning services to a high standard. Before deploying them for jobs, we strictly confirm our cleaners' legal work status with ICA.

Are your cleaners insured and trained?

Our cleaners are all insured as laid out in the Work Injury Compensation Act under MOM. We always ensure that our cleaners are properly trained and knowledgeable about cleaning materials. We assume responsibility for having our cleaners trained under the NEA Environmental Cleaning Work Skills Qualifications Framework, and that all cleaners part of this agreement should have completed the EC WSQ Basic Cleaning Modules within 3 months from the start of your service contract.

How do you ensure quality with your cleaners?

We are committed to delivering exceptional commercial cleaning services. Alongside soliciting customer feedback on our cleaners each month for continuous improvement, we ensure quality by hiring the best cleaning talent. We offer above-market salaries to attract and retain skilled cleaners. Each cleaner undergoes a thorough vetting process before joining our team to ensure they meet our high standards. Furthermore, our cleaners participate in yearly mandatory training sessions to refine and update their cleaning skills. As each cleaning assignment is unique, our cleaners are dedicated to learning the specifics of your home or workspace to develop a cleaning routine that best suits your environment.

Why hasn't my cleaner arrived at the time that I booked?

Our cleaners use public transport to get to work, so they are affected by changes in traffic and bus schedules. Our cleaners may arrive up to 15 minutes earlier or later than the time booked. This is especially the case if the cleaner cleans your office or commercial space for the first time, as she may need to find her way around your building.

Is there a minimum service contract period?

The minimum service contract period is 3 months as long as you will supply your own cleaning materials. We can also supply our own commercial cleaning materials to you for a minimum service contract of 12 months.

Do I need to provide the cleaning equipment?

We can supply cleaning equipment or the office can supply the equipment themselves - it's up to your preference. Please note that if we supply the equipment, we will require you to sign a longer commercial cleaning contract with us. If you decide to stop using our commercial cleaning services while you are using our equipment, we will send an authorised employee to retrieve the equipment we provided to you.

Do you need to perform a site visit before quoting me?

We don't require a site visit to give you a quote if you can tell us the size of your office or commercial space. If you have any special requests for our staff that would change the pricing of your package, we may need to perform a site visit. If your office or commercial space has any special considerations that would require us to visit you before quoting, just let us know.

Can I reschedule my session?

Of course! You can reschedule for free at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please do note that rescheduling may affect cleaner and schedule availability.
