Your technician will bring all the necessary equipment for the session. The only thing we ask of you is to select an ideal space in your home where you’re most comfortable in enjoying the service!
What we quote you for is what you pay for (our base service rate + GST). We do not charge any admin, processing, transportation nor any other kind of additional fees.
As our workers are hired as full-time Luce employees, we properly train each hire before they are deployed. This is to make sure their service is up to the standard we consistently aim to provide.
The duration depends on the complexity of your nail or lash design. Typically, our services take between 1 to 2 hours.
We offer gel removal for all 10 nails at just $5.45 (GST included) and lash removal for $10.90 (GST included).
We understand you may have a change of plan, so please inform us at least 48 hours (about 2 days) ahead of your appointment should you decide to cancel or reschedule. This gives us enough time to rearrange the work of your scheduled cleaner, as a cancelled session would mean no work for them. You can easily manage and reschedule your upcoming sessions via the Luce App.
You can use your voucher code on our webapp or on the Luce App. Make sure to input your voucher code under “Your Order” after you select your package.
Payment is after your session. You can access and settle invoices via the Luce App, but we will also send you an invoice with payment instructions after each session. We accept PayNow and DBS Bank Transfers.
We take great care to ensure the quality of services and the satisfaction of our customers. All our technicians have extensive experience in salons across Singapore, so we are confident in their ability to deliver quality services for you at home. They also make sure to check quality and application with you during your session, so you can give immediate feedback before your session is complete. However, if you are not happy with the results from your session, please get in touch with our team and we’ll assist you according to your needs.
