Frequently Asked Questions on Move Out / In Cleaning Services

What packages do you offer?
We provide weekly (recurring) cleaning, and one-time/ad hoc sessions. For weekly cleaning, you will get the same cleaner every session. For ad-hoc sessions, you will be assigned the closest available cleaner for your selected timeslot.
Are there any hidden fees or obligations?
What we quote you is what you pay (our service rates + GST). We do not charge any admin, processing, transportation nor any other kind of additional fees.
Where do your cleaners come from?
We employ local Singaporeans, PRs, and foreigners who hold a work pass. Our cleaners and service workers are hired as full-time Luce employees, so we make sure to check their legal work status with ICA before we deploy them to take on jobs.
How do you ensure quality with your cleaners?
We are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services. Alongside soliciting customer feedback on our cleaners each month for continuous improvement, we ensure quality by hiring the best cleaning talent. We offer above-market salaries to attract and retain skilled cleaners. Each cleaner undergoes a thorough vetting process before joining our team to ensure they meet our high standards. As each cleaning assignment is unique, our cleaners are dedicated to learning the specifics of your home to develop a cleaning routine that best suits your environment.
Can your cleaners speak English?
Yes, all of our home cleaners can understand and communicate in at least basic English. However, we request your patience and understanding when giving them instructions.
How long is a session?
Our minimum session duration is 3 hours, but we also offer 4 hour sessions for larger spaces.
What are your available timeslots?
We have morning (8am-12pm), afternoon (1-5pm), and evening (6-10pm) timeslots, and you can select any schedule that works best for you. This is to make sure our cleaners have enough travel between cleaning sessions.
Do I need to provide the cleaning equipment?
For all our Deep Cleaning (Deep Cleaning, Move In/Move Out, Post Renovation, Spring Cleaning) services, we will provide all the equipment needed to conduct the session. So all you need to do is book a slot, sit back, and let our cleaners transform your space.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
We understand you may have a change of plans, please inform us at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment should you decide to cancel or reschedule. This gives us enough time to rearrange the work of your scheduled cleaner, as a cancelled session would mean no work for them. You can easily manage and reschedule your upcoming sessions via the Luce App.
I have a voucher, how do I use it?
You can use your voucher codes on our webapp or on the Luce App. Make sure to input your voucher code under "Your Order" after you select your package.
How do I pay for my session? What’s your mode of payment?
Payment is after your cleaning service. You can access and settle invoices via the Luce App, but we will also send you an invoice with payment instructions after each session. We accept PayNow and DBS Bank Transfers.
